Responsibilities
I lead end-to-end marketing and communications strategy for Studio East, a performing arts and education organization, translating business objectives into measurable audience and revenue growth through:
Overseeing marketing budget allocation, reallocating investment toward high-performing channels to maximize ROI and strengthen long-term organizational sustainability.
Building and managing a marketing team and external agency relationships, establishing scalable workflows, performance standards, and cohesive creative direction aligned with executive leadership priorities.
Developing performance frameworks using email analytics, web traffic reporting, and digital marketing metrics to inform strategy and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Partnering cross-functionally with program directors and the development team to unify marketing, programming, and fundraising goals into a coherent organizational growth strategy.
